  •  Sarah’s classes are fantastic! I was ill for 9 Months and after an operation I thought I would try Pilates to help regain my fitness. I can honestly say it is the best thing I could have done! I have been going regularly once or twice a week for 4 months and the impact it has had is amazing. I was told by a Physio recently how much my posture had improved, I don’t slouch so much! I have also managed to achieve a personal swimming goal of a length of butterfly! I smashed it I did 3, I was over the moon! All down to my improved core strength! Sarah’s classes are for all abilities, her knowledge is extensive, she puts you at ease with her kind words of encouragement and celebrates your improvements with you. You must try this lovely lady’s classes.

  • I started Feonix Pilates after joint replacement surgery as a result of hip dysplasia. After attending some of Sarah’s classes she noticed  that I was struggling with some of the moves  Sarah suggested a one-to-one. She really took the time to understand my condition and where my weakness were and how I was over compensating for my weak hip. As a result I am getting much more out of the classes and have more confidence with pushing myself within safe limits . I cannot recommend highly enough both the classes and value of a 1-2-1 session.

  • I started going to Sarah’s classes nearly two years ago, and I quickly realised that Pilates played an important role in my health and wellbeing and that coupled with regular massage enable’s me to maintain my strength and mobility as I suffer ongoing back issues. Finding Feonix Pilates was a real gem, Sarah is lovely with great energy and an exceptional teacher who has everyone’s attention as soon as the class starts, she provides clear guidance and a good variety of disciplines, her classes are warm and friendly and always welcoming, each class has been a pleasure to attend, and can certainly feel the benefits.

  • I first started Pilates with Sarah about 6 months ago, after a recommendation from my osteopath. I have suffered from lower back problems for most of my life and was diagnosed with Parkinson Disease in 2016. I cannot praise Sarah more highly. Since having lessons with Sarah, she has improved my core strength and my balance which has helped enormously with both my conditions. Sarah is a brilliant teacher who takes the time to understand a client’s individual requirements and builds an exercise program to suit. She has worked wonders for my particular problems as well as improving my general fitness and wellbeing. I would recommend anyone to try Pilates and feel the best place to start is with Sarah Campbell at Feonix Pilates.

  • I’ve been doing Pilates with Sarah for a few weeks now. I was a bit nervous to start with after hurting my back previously and also I had a shoulder problem. I needn’t have worried as Sarah was so patient and took time to explain everything. She’s a fantastic teacher and I’m looking forward to progressing. If you are thinking of trying Pilates then this is the place to go.
