Feonix Pilates and Breathwork by Sarah

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.


I'm Sarah, the face behind Feonix Pilates and Breathwork. 


I'm fully qualified in STOTT Mat Pilates (Level 3), which is a fancy way of saying I really know my anatomy and Pilates! That qualification is accredited by Central YMCA. On top of that, I've trained in other areas like one-on-one sessions, posture assessments, Wall and Chair Pilates, working with older adults, back care, and even massage techniques. I'm also qualified in Meditation & Pranayama and Mastering the Breath (by Dan Brule). I have been facilitating Breathwork Workshops since 2020, running both private and group sessions. I actually discovered conscious Breathwork 30 years ago, but felt the call to teach it a little later in life. It wasn't until 2020 that I decided to train in it, as I had some really profound and life-changing experiences from Breathwork, and I wanted to share it with others.


I found Pilates back in 2015 and was honestly blown away by how amazing I felt after just one session! As a mum of three (all teenagers now!), I was dealing with back problems from having kids—I was spending a fortune at the osteopath! I also live in remission from MS, so I was searching for something to help with my mobility and nerves. Pilates worked absolute magic on my body. My aches and pains vanished, my core got stronger, and I found a flexibility I hadn't had since I was a kid! That experience was so powerful that I decided to become a teacher myself. It took me ages to find the right course, but I've never looked back.


I run weekly group classes in Punnetts Town and Broad Oak—you can find the full schedule on my Class Timetable. I also have limited availability for regular one-to-one sessions, which are perfect if you're dealing with specific issues, including Pilates for back pain. I work with clients who have back, hip, shoulder, knee problems and more or who are rehabilitating after an operation or accident.


I hold monthly Breathwork Workshops which are suitable for beginners to the more practiced.
